1) How to place order from us?
If you want to place order online, you should register as a member of us first.
You can also place order with excel file order, you can download the file from this link (order form in excel). You need fill in the order form and send back the file via email, we will confirm the total amount and reply your email.
You can pay after the order is placed or after the order is confirmed，then we will process and send out your order.
2) About the order status
After we begin processing your order, we will update the order status in our website, please check the order details in your account of our website. If you have questions about the status of the order, please send email to us.
3) Shipping fee of the shipping methods
Please email us to request the shipping rate table of your country, or you can add the items in the shopping cart to test the shipping fee to your country.

If the quantity of stock cannot meet customers' orders, customers could choose to refund (via PayPal only) the remaining money or use remaining balance for next order.
We won’t accept Paypal if you choose shipping by sea or by air cargo, because this is the rule of PayPal.
5) About delivery.
Firstly, please provide us the correct telephone number, detailed address and so on, which are necessary for you to receive your parcel smoothly.
Secondly, except shipping by sea and air cargo , almost all of our shipping methods are door to door service, usually the customs duty can't be avoided, and you should promise to pay if they inform you to pay, then they will deliver the goods to your house. We can declare a bit lower than the actual amount to avoid high tax. You are strongly suggested to fill the Invoice Value Option when you place order.
At last, if the parcels are returned because incorrect delivery information,, customs problems, no one at home and so on, both the fee of the goods and the shipping fee won't be refunded.
7) About the feedback after you receive the goods
We recommend our customers to give us some feedbacks after you receive goods.
If you received the goods with problems, please refer to the policy of Return & Refund, we can give partial or full refund as your compensation as per our refund policy. If the goods are defective, please provide us QC number on the paper card.
8) About products

Most of our products are free size, for general measurement, please check from the product page or mail us to ask our stuff, the size info is just for reference，size difference is not more than 3cm.
